Highlights may include the medieval Upper Town, St Mark's Church, Ban Jelačić Square and the city's bustling streets and markets. Throughout the tour, your guide will share fascinating stories of Zagreb's history, culture and modern-day life, providing valuable insight into a city where Central European sophistication meets Croatian tradition.

Lunch and the remainder of the afternoon is at leisure, offering the opportunity to relax or participate in one of the optional touring experiences available. Delegates may choose to further explore Zagreb's museums, galleries and historic neighbourhoods or venture into the surrounding Croatian countryside.

This evening, reunite with colleagues for a typically Croatian dinner in one of Zagreb's renowned dining venues, showcasing the region's distinctive cuisine and hospitality.

Saturday 8 May - Zagreb to Budapest

Following breakfast, depart Zagreb by coach and journey north into Hungary.

En route, stop at the scenic shores of Lake Balaton, often referred to as the "Hungarian Sea". As Central Europe's largest freshwater lake, Lake Balaton has long been a favourite holiday destination for locals and visitors alike.

Enjoy a traditional Hungarian lunch before continuing to the magnificent city of Budapest, renowned for its grand architecture, rich history and spectacular setting astride the Danube River.

Upon arrival, check into your hotel and take time to settle in before joining fellow delegates for a Welcome Reception in the hotel.

Located on the banks of the Danube Bend, it offers a delightful contrast to the bustle of the capital.

The evening is free for independent dining and exploration.

Tonight, members of the 10 Club will gather for a special celebratory dinner recognising delegates who have attended ten or more Offshore Refresher Conferences.

Tuesday 11 May - Budapest

Conference sessions will be held this morning from 8.30am - 1.00pm.

Lunch and the remainder of the afternoon is at leisure, providing additional time to experience Budapest's many attractions, including its thermal baths, historic landmarks, shopping districts and riverside promenades.

Today, members of the 20 Club will enjoy a special luncheon recognising delegates who have achieved the remarkable milestone of attending twenty or more Offshore Refresher Conferences.

This evening, experience one of the highlights of the social programme with a group dinner and traditional Hungarian cultural performance. Set within a beautiful forest setting just outside Budapest, the Volkspark experience provides an authentic introduction to Hungary's rich cultural traditions.

Enjoy an entertaining evening featuring traditional music, colourful costumes, energetic folk dancing and warm Hungarian hospitality.

Wednesday 12 May - Budapest

Today is entirely at leisure, allowing delegates to enjoy Budapest at their own pace or participate in one of the optional touring experiences available.

Whether discovering historic sites, cruising along the Danube, relaxing in one of the city's renowned thermal spas or simply enjoying the cafés and boutiques of the city centre, today offers the opportunity to experience Budapest according to your own interests.

This evening, celebrate the culmination of the conference at the Gala Dinner, the premier social event of the programme. Join fellow delegates for an unforgettable evening of fine dining, entertainment and celebration as you reflect on the professional development, friendships and experiences shared throughout the conference.

Thursday 13 May – Depart Budapest

After breakfast, the main conference programme concludes.

Delegates departing for Australia will be transferred to Budapest Airport for their onward flights home.

For those continuing on the post-conference programme, a privately chartered flight will transfer the group to the stunning Adriatic city of Dubrovnik, where the next stage of the conference journey begins.

We farewell those returning home and look forward to welcoming post-conference participants as they continue their exploration of Croatia and the Mediterranean.
