Thursday 29 April – Venice to Ljubljana
This morning, travel to Lipica Stud Farm (approximately 2 hours).
Enjoy a guided visit of the historic stud farm and stables, followed by lunch. Lipica is world‑renowned as the birthplace of the Lipizzaner horses and offers a fascinating insight into centuries of equestrian tradition.
After lunch, continue onward to Ljubljana (approximately 1 hour).

Friday 30 April – Ljubljana
Attend conference session from 9.00am to 11.00am at the hotel.
Later, enjoy a half‑day guided tour of Ljubljana, exploring the charming old town, riverside cafés and key landmarks.

Saturday 1 May – Lake Bled
Today enjoy a full‑day tour to Lake Bled, one of Slovenia’s most picturesque destinations.
Discover the iconic lake, castle and surrounding scenery, with time to explore and take in the views at a relaxed pace.
Return to Ljubljana late afternoon.

Sunday 2 May – Ljubljana to Opatija
This morning, transfer to Postojna Caves (approximately 40 minutes).
Visit the magnificent Postojna Cave and Castle, including lunch, before continuing onward to Opatija (approximately 2 hours).

Attend conference session from 9.00am to 11.00am at the hotel.

Depart Opatija and travel to Zagreb
Enjoy time to explore this UNESCO World Heritage site, including lunch, before continuing onward to Zagreb.
